About Ellis Preserve

Ellis Preserve is a 210-acre master planned development located near the intersection of Route 252 (Newtown Road) and Route 3 (West Chester Pike) in the heart of Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.

Plans for future development are being finalized and will include a fully integrated mixture of office, retail and residential uses. Ellis Town Square will offer a variety of retail stores and dining establishments thoughtfully designed around open aired central plazas and pedestrian pathways.

Visitors and employees working at the corporate campus at Ellis Preserve will enjoy ease of access on pedestrian or vehicular pathways to the nearby Town Square or to the on-site conference and fitness facilities situated in Historic Ellis Preserve.

This unique property was originally developed as Ellis College in the early 1920s and was converted into a corporate campus in the early 1980s. Presently, Ellis Preserve offers a variety of office space options in a beautiful campus setting.

On October 13, 2009, The Newtown Township Board of Supervisors approved the Ellis Preserve Town Center. We would like to thank all the members of Newtown Square community who helped to guide and support our vision for Ellis Preserve Town Square.
