Location

Ellis Preserve is situated in the heart of Newtown Square, within minutes of the Main Line.

The 210-acre development is bordered by Route 252 (Newtown Road) in the East, Goshen Road in the North and West Chester Pike (Route 3) in the South. Access to Ellis Preserve is provided on Route 252 and West Chester Pike.

Ellis Preserve is conveniently located within five miles of I-476 (Blue Route), providing connection to I-95, I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) and further north to I-276 (Pennsylvania Turnpike). It is also within 30 minutes of the
Philadelphia International Airport and less than 20 miles from Center City Philadelphia.
